Do you offer a warranty on new musical instruments?
Yes, all new instruments come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Twigg Musique provides a one-year technical setup guarantee to ensure your instrument performs perfectly.
What is your return policy for accessories and mouthpieces?
Unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, mouthpieces, reeds, and earplugs can only be returned if they are in their original, sealed thermal packaging.
Can I finance my purchase?
We offer flexible financing options through our third-party partners, allowing you to pay in monthly installments for high-value instruments like saxophones, trumpets, and pianos.
Are instruments inspected before they are shipped?
